This poster was spotted recently in a Cambridge bus shelter. It’s either a bit of cheeky graffiti or a brilliant ambush marketing tactic by those gurus at the NHS promoting the recent Breastfeeding Awareness Week.

Recent charity projects from Betley Whitehorne

We’re pleased to have been able to assist a number of local charities recently as part of our ongoing ‘BW in the Community’ programme.

The Guernsey Alzheimer’s Association, with whom BW already has a long standing relationship, has just circulated a Newsletter outlining events since the formation of the GAA last year. We were delighted to design it.

What all charities need more than almost anything, and that’s as true in Guernsey as it is anywhere else in the world, is volunteers. So what better than a website dedicated entirely to volunteer support? Volunteer.gg is a relaunched initiative from the original volunt-here.org, created by the late Gary Solway, where browsers will be able to view the cream of Guernsey’s charities, and their events, as well as, hopefully, deciding to help one or two in whatever way is most appropriate. Betley Whitehorne designed the identity and is working on the main website — the holding page reflects this ‘helping hands’ initiative perfectly!
