EasyJet mock British Airways ‘To Fly. To Serve.’ Campaign

Last week, British Airways launched its biggest campaign to date, costing a staggering £20m. Playing on the airline’s motto “To Fly. To Serve” the retro-style campaign looks over BA’s 90-year history and plays on the company’s heritage and good service.

Hidden Messages in Logos

Logos help define a company’s identity and purpose whilst allowing them to differ from competition, which is why there is such a high importance placed on logo design and branding for a company.

Oblivious to many, there are often hidden messages featured within logos, ones that relate to the business and ones that do not. Either way, they are fairly obvious when seen and interesting to know about. Read more

Trees in Guernsey Never Looked So Good

The Men of the Trees in Guernsey has just launched its new identity and website, both created by Betley Whitehorne.
The charitable Society was founded in 1935 to promote the overall importance of trees and conservation, not just to Guernsey but for the benefit of the entire planet. Trees.gg provides a useful platform for the local group to present new initiatives and inspire support from a growing number of younger conservationists who are keen to act & contribute.

How to be an Awards’ winner

This year’s Awards for Achievement in Guernsey has started its search for the Island’s top performing companies. Anyone interested in hearing how the process works, along with experiences learned from previous winners, are invited to participate in a Question & Answer session on 14 September, which will hopefully inspire a new set of ambitious applicants.
