Betley Whitehorne have just completed the redesign and development of the SCS Global website. Specialist Construction Supplies provides the supply and procurement of construction materials throughout the world. With offices in Guernsey and Dalian, China together with partner offices throughout the Middle East and Southern Europe they truly global view.
We worked closely with them to totally redevelop and redesign their website based on their new brand. The result is a more professional, information packed and easier to use website. It is built upon our bespoke Content Management System using the latest standards such as HTML5. This ensures the site is future proofed and can be rapidly updated as SCS Global offer new services or products. By building the site in HTML5 we could take advantage of new features such as improved form validation ensuring users correctly enter telephone numbers, email addresses etc on both desktop and mobile browsers as well custom typefaces and semantic tags. As with all of our sites it’s been highly optimised for speed with pages loading quickly and coded to be search engine friendly out-of-the-box. It adds to our growing portfolio of HTML5 websites including Isabelle Vets Lost Pets, Ardel Holdings, Close International and The Test Market.
