Here are a few more Kinect Hacks showing touch screen is so passé! Zooming around the map is 3D looks very exciting!
Fluid Interfaces at MIT have made Kinect talk with JavaScript in the web browser for some interesting interactions. I like the hand opening and closing for menus and links.
