Last week witnessed the rather special event of the filming of the latest Toyota projection mapping project. Hiding away in Shoreditch was the new Toyota Auris Hybrid and a production crew provided by the company, SuperGlue. The shoot was one night and the results were impressive.

Pushing the boundaries of what projection mapping can do and delivering a strong creative story. The video is designed to promote the fact that the car recycles energy as you drive along, the lightshow aims to convey this rather bland message in a way that captivates viewers and gets the message across. The new technology found in the car is neatly promoted here through the use of projection mapping.
