This seriously makes touch screens look last decade. Project Natal for the Xbox 360 uses very clever motion detection, and voice recognition to allow interaction. It’s a bit like the Wii but you don’t need hold any controllers, just move any part of your body. For me though, the best bit was the girl being reflected in the water, the player actually gets ‘physically’ placed into the environment, when she moves her hands the water moves and distorts. Stunning stuff with I really, really want to try!

Utterly incredible! It seems so far outside our ability to comprehend and fully understand what the computer’s doing purely because it seems so natural.
