Firefox is Five

Firefox is five years old and there is a nice little site and animation celebrating that fact. I've got to say well done to Mozilla as in that time Firefox has continued to innovate, push the boundaries and become the second biggest browser on the web with over a billion downloads. This is pretty impressive considering Firefox is open source (made for the people by the people) and up against some of the biggest software companies in world. It truly encapsulates what is best about the Internet. If you've never used it I recommend you give it a go as it's far more pleasant that Internet Explorer.
