In Guernsey there are stories of large, black dogs, shackled with chains, stalking the many winding roads in the upper parishes. I wonder if they are anything like this amazing, but also rather disturbing robot called Big Dog. The movement is both natual and unnatural. Although it does look a little like the legs of two people in black trousers.

Can you imagine seeing this walking through the Guet? I would probably have a heart attack!

It also looks like two mimes trapped in a perpetual pushing competition. Look at their legs go!
