Seeing that recruitment agency OSA didn’t offer a temporary staff service Betley Whitehorne proposed The Temp Desk concept to them.
Looking at other recruitment agencies, and their brand positioning we created a strong, vibrant and youthful image for The Temp Desk, setting them apart from the competition.

This work was done in Bocchignano, Italy, a village close to Rome, as part of the group project “20 Eventi”. The group of artists developed projects for 4 villages of the Sabina region and decided to create a compilation of drawings, for collectors to purchase, and to support this project.

I declare the touch screen dead, long live the none touch screen! One of the science advisors for the film Minority Report has been hard at work making the ‘spatial operating environment’ (the computer controlled with hand gestures) seen in the film a reality.
I’m not sure it’s going to be popular in the office environment, although all you yoga lovers out there will be able to work and exercise at the same time. Might work well for pop groups though — their dancing controls the video walls. Read more for a video.
Today marks the first birthday of our blog, the BwLOG. In that time we’ve posted 105 articles, had over 80 comments (with many more spam ones) and played a lot of table football. The posts, as well as being about Betley Whitehorne and our work for clients, have covering everything from The Value of Design, and the Death of Comic Sans to Brilliantly Bright Beijing Bookshops and Wind Powered Complex Contraptions. In that time we’ve also relaunched our website and leapt up the Google rankings and launched Terrific Horrific where you can find the best Mince Pies. So happy birthday BwLOG!
