		<description>People who work at pixar have bunk bed, games rooms, mini motor bikes etc. Helps with the creative flow and pulls you back to childhood wonder. I think that more offices should put so effort into making it as interesting as possible, relevant to the work you do, or have an outlet for frustration and stress.
used to have lots of dogs at my last job, it rocked!! (Until they ate the network cable, and stole all my pens)
Just going out for drinks after work bores me. I dont want to see my manager coming on to me and expect me view him as a family guy at work...
LOL. 

I think a good exciting enviroment at work is definatly the way forward.</description>
