Ever wondered what it would be like to have a popstars face, hand or eyes? If not I’m sure you will do after seeing these vinyl heads. These are just a couple of pictures of the latest fad/craze/in-thing to be sweeping the internet. All you require is a model, camera and a back catalogue of front-on big face vinyl.

Whilst wearing similar clothes to the artist in question take your twelve inch sleeve and move it inline and in proportion with your body. You can then strike a pose that you think the artist was probably doing or take on a highly unlikely or comical position, then just click away.

It doesn’t just need to be twelve inch records, seven inches or CDs can also be used but just kept in mind the size of the artwork when photographing because obviously the closer to life scale the better. So when you get home pull out your record collection and create as many pop portraits as you can.
