A new exhibition at the greenhouse gallery opens tonight featuring artists’ books.
You may think you know what a book is…
a cover, a bound spine, numbered pages, some have pictures, some have just words, many lead you unto a world imaginary characters and others give you knowledge and understanding.
BUT have you ever considered…
ceramic tiles for pages, a spine made from bandages, a leather strap with fastening buckle as the cover — as a book?

Is it just me, or is anyone else finding that Leopard has slowed their machines down? I think that Tortoise might be more apt, or maybe ‘Blind Tortoise with a Bad Leg’ seeing as my machine seems to crash all the time! There are many more positive comments than negative but for me stability and speed are more important than a cover flow facility that only lets you view half of your files!

Bonsai Wood Flooring, with a bit of help from Betley Whitehorne, have won ‘Best Exhibition Stand’ at the Guensey Press Home and Lifestyle Show 2007.

Bonsai occupied two sites at the show, the first focusing on wood flooring and the second decking, sliding and folding glass doors, and their new bespoke creations service.
